We recently had dinner at Terra Nova in Porto, with Turra Co-Founder Bruno & wife Anita, along with winemaker, Constatino to celebrate the creation of a newest wine references.
Turra’s vineyards are situated in the mountainous region of Mondim de Basto, overlooked by the the impressive Monte Farinha.
Turra Red - a red wine unique in the fact that it is made without skin contact - pairs very well with strong, fatty foods & is therefore our new best friend whenever grilled and roasted meats are involved!
